Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive (Senior BDE) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for identifying and developing current business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, clinics, corporate partners, and referral networks, and promoting ApoKOS Rehabilitation’s programs and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, managing leads, visiting potential and existing partners, presenting service offerings, and supporting contract negotiations.



The Senior BDE will collaborate with clinical and operations teams to design customized solutions for key accounts, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports on business development activities. The role also involves representing ApoKOS at events, coordinating outreach initiatives, and ensuring a positive and professional brand presence in the community. Qualifications
• Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and account growth.
• Experience in healthcare, hospital services, or rehabilitation is highly preferred, with understanding of patient referral pathways and provider networks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Analytical and planning abilities to conduct market research, interpret data, and develop targeted outreach strategies.
• Proven ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or lead-tracking systems).
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric mindset, with willingness to travel locally as required.
