We’re looking for someone warm, confident and extremely comfortable with people, someone who genuinely enjoys being on the floor, chatting with guests, building rapport and helping make Circa feel personal. This is a highly social, guest-facing role. You should be someone who can comfortably speak to people for long periods, remember faces, build relationships and naturally make guests feel looked after. What you’ll work on
- Spending time on the floor and engaging with guests
- Building relationships with regulars and first-time visitors
- Creating a warm, personal guest experience
- Gathering feedback and understanding guest preferences
- Supporting hosted lunches, events and brand experiences
- Helping maintain guest relationships over time
- Supporting the marketing team with outreach, content, shoots,



events and on-ground execution whenever required What we’re looking for

- Comfortable approaching and speaking to different kinds of people
- Strong people-management instincts
- Proactive, observant and organised
- Genuine interest in hospitality, food, culture and brands
