Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and adaptable BTL Operations Executive to independently manage and execute on-ground promotional campaigns, brand activations, and field operations across multiple locations. This is a primarily field-based position, requiring frequent site visits, interstate travel, vendor coordination, and hands-on campaign execution. ---

Key Responsibilities
• Execute BTL promotional activities, brand activations, and on-ground campaigns.
• Manage daily field operations and ongoing campaign activities.
• Travel to different cities and states for campaign execution, supervision, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with vendors, promoters, field staff, and internal teams.
• Handle branding materials, logistics, transportation, and site arrangements.
• Ensure timely setup, execution, and completion of assigned campaigns.
• Visit ongoing campaign sites to monitor progress and execution quality.
• Resolve urgent operational challenges and coordinate necessary arrangements.
• Maintain daily activity reports, site photographs, and execution updates.




• Ensure branding quality and compliance with client requirements.
• Support multiple ongoing campaigns and adapt to changing operational priorities. ---
- Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in BTL Operations within the advertising or brand activation industry.
• Practical knowledge of BTL campaign execution and field operations.
• Experience in vendor coordination, manpower management, and logistics.
• Ability to independently manage on-ground promotional activities.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across different cities and states.
• Flexibility to accommodate changing campaign schedules.
• Comfortable working extensively in outdoor and field environments. ---
- Important – Work Nature & Flexibility
• Field-Based Role: Most responsibilities involve working outside the office at campaign locations and activity sites.
• Extensive Travel: Frequent travel across different cities and states is an essential part of the position.
• Flexible Working Schedule: Campaign activities may occasionally require evening, weekend, or late-night coordination and execution.
• Dynamic Operations: Candidates must be comfortable handling changing schedules, urgent operational requirements, and multiple ongoing activities.
• Hands-On Execution: This position requires active field involvement, site supervision, and operational responsibility. Working schedules, travel arrangements, and applicable rest or compensatory time off will be managed in accordance with company policies and applicable labour laws. ---
