Role Description The TGT Mathematics educator will design and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom instruction, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records. The role involves developing innovative teaching strategies, using appropriate teaching aids and technology,



and supporting diverse learning needs in the classroom. The educator will collaborate with colleagues, participate in academic planning, interact with families as needed, and contribute to co-curricular and school events. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Mathematics and Mathematics Education, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and accurately.
• Experience in Curriculum Development and Lesson Planning to create structured, age-appropriate, and engaging learning experiences.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues, and for creating a positive classroom environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field, with relevant teaching certification preferred.
• Prior experience teaching middle or secondary school mathematics, preferably in CBSE or similar curriculum.
• Ability to use educational technology and digital tools to support teaching, assessment, and student engagement.
• Commitment to student well-being, inclusive practices, and continuous professional development.
