Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Mangaluru for a Google Dev Tool & GitLab & GitHub Expert with advanced LLM workflow expertise. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining development workflows that integrate Google Dev Tools, GitLab, GitHub, and large language models (LLMs) into the software delivery pipeline. The expert will configure CI/CD pipelines, manage repositories and branching strategies, optimize developer tooling, and ensure secure, efficient version control and release processes. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with software development teams, troubleshooting build and integration issues, automating repetitive tasks using scripts and AI workflows, and documenting best practices and technical standards. The role also requires working closely with stakeholders to align tooling and workflows with business goals and supporting continuous improvement across the engineering organization. • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to diagnose workflow issues, optimize pipelines, and evaluate LLM integration performance.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document processes and standards.
• Candidates should possess solid Software Development skills, including experience with CI/CD practices, repository management, and development tooling.
• Candidates should possess Programming skills in languages commonly used for automation and tooling (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar).
• Candidates should possess Sales and stakeholder engagement skills to understand client requirements and present technical solutions that support business objectives.
• Experience configuring and managing GitLab and GitHub, including pipelines, permissions, and integration with external services.
• Hands-on experience with Google Dev Tools (such as Google Cloud-related tooling, developer consoles, or monitoring tools) and integrating them into development workflows.
• Practical experience designing and implementing LLM-based workflows (prompt engineering, API integration, automation of code review or documentation).
• Ability to work on-site in Mangaluru in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
