About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-impact content that drives views, engagement, and conversions. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Edit YouTube podcasts and long-form videos.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content.
• Develop video ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos.
• Add motion graphics, animations, captions, and visual effects.
• Collaborate with content, design, and performance marketing teams.




• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and social media formats. ✅ Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Understanding of storytelling, hooks, pacing, and audience retention.
• Experience with podcast editing, short-form content, and video ads.
• A robust portfolio showcasing your editing skills. ? Bonus Skills
• Motion graphics and animation.
• Experience working with startups, founders, or personal brands.
