Role Overview This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring project milestones are achieved, and optimizing asset management processes and operational efficiency. The role requires solid project management expertise, technical coordination skills, and the ability to act as a client-facing technical SPOC to drive successful implementation and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans for successful implementation and delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, goals, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, testing, deployment, and closure, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
• Apply Agile project management methodologies, facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, and ensure effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira for sprint tracking, task management, backlog management, issue tracking, and project reporting.
• Perform resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal utilization of project resources, including developers, analysts, consultants, and external teams.
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and key decisions to stakeholders, business teams, and executive management through regular reporting.




• Act as the client-facing Technical Single Point of Contact (SPOC), managing client communication, understanding business needs, coordinating technical discussions, and ensuring alignment between client expectations and project delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate teams comprising developers, analysts, consultants, and other project stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and consultants for specialized expertise, integrations, and technical support as required.
• Ensure seamless integration of solutions with enterprise applications, systems, and data sources.
• Conduct regular service review meetings with clients and stakeholders to review performance, operational metrics, service improvements, open issues, and future enhancements.
• Analyse existing asset management processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational optimization using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset lifecycle management, operational efficiency, and service quality.
• Develop and deliver training programs, knowledge transfer sessions, and user enablement programs for end-users and administrators.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications,



project plans, risk registers, test plans, UAT documentation, deployment plans, user manuals, and operational documents.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities by collaborating with business users, QA teams, development teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful validation and sign-off. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong experience in project management and end-to-end implementation delivery.
• Proven experience managing Agile projects and working with Agile delivery teams.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, resource management, risk management, change management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Experience acting as a Technical SPOC for enterprise-level projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Preferred Experience
• 3+ years of experience in asset management, enterprise systems implementation, and operational efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Experience working with vendors, consultants, and distributed teams.
• Experience managing UAT, production deployment, and post-implementation support activities.
• Knowledge of service management practices and conducting regular service reviews.
