Role Description The Video Editor is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This role involves editing video content for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social media, and internal communications in alignment with brand guidelines and creative briefs. The Video Editor will manage the end-to-end post-production process, including assembling raw footage, refining narratives, applying color grading, and adding motion graphics or visual elements as needed. The person in this role will collaborate closely with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent storytelling,



timely delivery of assets, and optimization of video formats for various digital platforms. The role also includes organizing media assets, maintaining an efficient workflow, and contributing creative ideas to enhance viewer engagement. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital-first content.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading and visual enhancement workflows.
• Ability to create Motion Graphics and integrate Graphics for branding and storytelling.
• Experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar tools).
• Good understanding of social media and digital platform requirements (aspect ratios, durations, formats, and best practices).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, work within deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant coursework or a degree in film, media, design, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or tech-focused organizations is an advantage.
