Responsibilities:
• Maintenance and upkeep of the property
- ensuring daily housekeeping and regular maintenance of furniture, appliances, fittings, fixtures, etc. Taking care of the pool, gymnasium, parking, cafeteria and other common areas.
• Enabling a smooth and comfortable journey for the guests from check-in until checkout
• Guest service, interaction, reviews, feedback and billing
• Team management
- rostering, performance reviews, training, team building
• Inventory & vendor management
• Overseeing the concierge services
• Security personnel management Requirement:
• The candidate must have a prior work experience in the capacity of a Senior Operations Executive/ Estate Manager / Hospitality Manager / Hotel Manager / Resort Manager , priorly worked in Goa
• Candidate with prior experience in managing hospitality at luxury villas will be preferred
• Excellent communication skills are a must (English & Hindi)
