Role Description The Real Estate Manager will oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Kolkata, ensuring effective property management and strong client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, involving frequent visits to project locations, developer offices, and client meetings. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing property listings, coordinating site visits, advising clients on property options, and supporting negotiations on leases and sales. The Real Estate Manager will handle documentation related to leases, agreements, and compliance requirements, while maintaining accurate records and reports. The role also involves monitoring market trends, building partnerships with developers,



and contributing to marketing initiatives that enhance the visibility of Astittva Marketing’s property offerings. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess experience in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, with strong knowledge of the Kolkata property market.
• Candidates should possess skills in Property Management to oversee residential and commercial assets efficiently.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Lease Administration and Leases, including documentation, tracking, and compliance.
• Candidates should possess solid client service, negotiation, and communication skills to manage buyers, investors, and developers.
• Relevant experience in real estate brokerage, property consulting, or asset management is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site, travel within Kolkata for meetings and site visits, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
