As a Management Trainee – Client Servicing, you’ll learn how influencer marketing campaigns actually come together from receiving a brand brief to coordinating with creators and seeing the campaign go live. Don’t worry, we don’t expect you to know everything on Day 1. That’s what the training is for. What You’ll Learn & Do ● Understand how influencer marketing campaigns work. ● Work alongside the Client Servicing team on live brand campaigns. ● Help coordinate with creators and internal teams. ● Understand brand briefs and campaign requirements. ● Keep track of campaign timelines, content and approvals. ● Help with client updates, reports and presentations. ● Learn how teams work together to take a campaign from brief → execution → live.



● Slowly start taking ownership of tasks and campaigns as you get comfortable. Who Are We Looking For? Someone who: ● Is a fresher or has up to 1 year of experience. ● Is interested in Influencer Marketing, Social Media and the Creator Economy. ● Communicates well and enjoys working with people. ● Is organised and comfortable following up on things. ● Is curious and willing to ask questions. ● Is open to learning, feedback and trying recent things. ● Has a simple “Okay, let me figure this out” attitude. You don't need to come in knowing everything about influencer marketing. Curiosity, communication and willingness to learn matter more. Training & Growth You’ll start as a Management Trainee and undergo 3–6 months of training. Your training period and progression will depend on your learning and performance during this time. After successfully completing the training, you can be promoted to Junior Account Executive – Client Servicing, with a minimum CTC of ₹3 LPA. The final CTC and timeline for promotion will be based on individual performance.
