Vishwakarma Industrial Area , Jaipur , Rajasthan Department: E-commerce / Marketplace Operations Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Flipkart Ads Manager with 3+ years of experience in managing Flipkart marketplace advertising and seller account operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, hands-on expertise in Flipkart Ads, product listings, campaign optimization, and marketplace growth strategies to drive sales and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on the Flipkart Ads platform.
• Manage and monitor Flipkart seller account performance and growth.
• Create, analyze, and optimize Sponsored Product, Display, and Brand campaigns.
• Track key performance metrics including ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign performance reviews.
• Optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, and catalog content to improve visibility and sales.
• Manage product promotions, deals, offers, and seasonal campaigns.




• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure inventory availability and listing accuracy.
• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated with Flipkart marketplace policies, advertising trends, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Flipkart Ads and Marketplace operations.
• Robust understanding of Flipkart Seller Hub and advertising tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.
• Experience in budget planning and ROI optimization. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience handling high-volume catalogs across multiple categories.
• Knowledge of Amazon Ads and other marketplace advertising platforms will be an added advantage.
• Experience in performance marketing and digital advertising.
