Key Responsibilities
• Influencer Discovery: Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Creator Outreach: Connect with influencers, manage initial conversations, and build relationships.
• Campaign Coordination: Assist in executing influencer marketing campaigns, from creator onboarding to content delivery.
• Negotiations: Support discussions around influencer commercials, deliverables, and timelines.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication with creators, talent managers, and internal teams.
• Campaign Tracking: Maintain influencer databases, track deliverables,



and prepare campaign reports.
• Trend Spotting: Stay updated on emerging creators, viral trends, and developments in the influencer marketing space. Who We're Looking For
• Someone who lives and breathes social media and understands influencer culture.
• Robust communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple conversations.
• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and the Indian creator ecosystem.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and presentation tools.
