About the Role
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to own end-to-end leadership hiring, with a strong focus on MBB (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) and top-tier consulting talent. This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives on sourcing and closing senior, hard-to-fill mandates independently.

Key responsibilities
●Own full-cycle recruitment for senior roles including Director, Strategy Analyst/Consultant, Vice President, and President ●Source and engage candidates from IIT, IIM, and MBB/tier-2 consulting backgrounds ●Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline of ex-consultants and strategy professionals across industries ●Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand role requirements and craft precise search strategies ●Manage the candidate journey — outreach, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure ●Track market intelligence on compensation benchmarks, movement trends, and competitor hiring within consulting talent pools ●Maintain accurate pipeline data and hiring metrics

Requirements:
●Proven experience in leadership/executive hiring,



ideally with exposure to consulting or strategy talent ●Strong sourcing skills — direct outreach, referrals, networking within IIT/IIM/MBB ecosystems ●Ability to work independently and manage multiple senior mandates simultaneously ●Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills ●Comfortable operating in a fully remote, fast-paced environment ●6+ years in talent acquisition, with a track record of closing senior/leadership roles ●Familiarity with the Indian consulting talent landscape (MBB & Tier-2 firms) ●Self-starter who can operate with minimal oversight About Atidiv: Atidiv uses Data science and process outsourcing to help internet businesses run better.
