Role Description The Articled Assistant will support audit, accounting, tax, and compliance engagements for a variety of clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with statutory and internal audits, preparing working papers and documentation, and maintaining accurate books of accounts. The role involves supporting tax return preparation, compiling financial data, and helping with regulatory and compliance filings. The Articled Assistant will also conduct basic research on accounting and tax matters, coordinate with senior team members,



and contribute to process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Udupi, requiring regular interaction with clients and the internal team. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in accounting principles, auditing concepts, and taxation basics; ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical assignments.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; comfort with accounting software and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prepare clear working papers and documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Ability to work full time on site in Udupi, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines under supervision.
• Cleared CA Intermediate (Both Groups).
• High ethical standards, integrity, and a solid willingness to learn and develop a career in audit, tax, and compliance.
