Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end IT recruitment for entry, middle & senior-level positions
• Candidate sourcing through Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Resume screening, shortlisting & interview coordination
• Day-to-day HR & office administration
• Assist in HR policy formulation and implementation
• Maintain HR records and recruitment databases
• Knowledge of HRMS/HRIS, ATS and other HR tools preferred Candidate Profile:
• MBA/PG in HR or relevant qualification
• 3–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment/HR
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valuable understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
