Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, focused on driving B2B sales and supporting travel partners. In this role, the Sales Specialist will engage with existing and potential clients, present tailored travel solutions, prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up to close business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inquiries, maintaining accurate client records, coordinating with operations and product teams to ensure service delivery, and monitoring sales performance against targets.



The role also involves providing after-sales support, resolving customer concerns, and participating in trainings or meetings to stay informed about products, destinations, and market trends. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to help drive team performance and share product knowledge when required.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality sales, with familiarity in B2B or corporate travel environments.
• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in CRM or sales management tools, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to work toward clear targets and deadlines.
• A relevant diploma or degree in business, tourism, or a related field is beneficial; prior in office sales experience in Noida or similar markets is an advantage.
