Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in South Delhi, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that MildCares’ strategic vision is translated into effective execution. The COO will manage and optimize operational processes across product development, supply chain, distribution, and customer experience, aligning resources to support growth and impact goals. This role includes designing and implementing business plans, setting operational KPIs, monitoring performance,



and driving continuous improvement and compliance with quality and safety standards. The COO will collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team on financial planning, budgeting, and risk management, while building and mentoring cross-functional teams. The role also involves stakeholder management with partners, investors, and institutional supporters, ensuring operational readiness for scaling MildCares’ solutions in domestic and global markets. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Business Planning and strategic execution, with the ability to translate vision into operational roadmaps.
• Proven experience in Operations Management, process optimization, and setting and managing performance metrics.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess operational performance, and guide decision-making.
• Solid understanding of Finance and Budgeting, including resource allocation, cost control, and financial forecasting.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-growing organization, preferably in healthcare, FMCG, or impact-driven sectors.
• Ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with partners, investors, and institutional bodies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly beneficial.
