• Work proficiently with the Spring Framework.
• Experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Oracle, Jenkins, GitLab, Kubernetes, and Cassandra/No SQL.
• Share requirements and unblock stories effectively.
• Answer questions regarding any stories on the board and provide possible ETAs.
• Possess thorough business and technical knowledge of deployment processes and conduct comprehensive code reviews.
• Adhere to coding standards while writing and reviewing code.
• Actively participate in grooming calls and provide valuable suggestions.




• Communicate effectively across teams to ensure project success.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot, Cursor, and Claude. Required Skills
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker.
• Proficiency in Cassandra, SQL/No SQL, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitLab, Kubernetes, Splunk, Kibana.
