Senior Associate, Founder’s Office | Samaavesh | Five days a week, in office We’re looking for a Senior Associate to work directly with the founders at Samaavesh. You should have demonstrated experience in marketing and social media, solid writing skills and a willingness to take responsibility for people and work. This person will be closely involved in hiring, team management and decisions on what work we take up or offload. We want someone who brings their own thinking to these discussions, is comfortable making decisions with the founders and follows through on what they take up. What you’ll do The role combines client-facing work with responsibility for managing the team and its workload. You’ll handle client assignments and work directly with the founders on hiring and operational decisions. We expect you to understand the work, form a view on what needs to happen and take responsibility for getting it done.
• Work planning: Assess the team’s capacity and help decide what work we can take up, redistribute or offload. Set priorities with the founders and flag when commitments need to change.
• Hiring and team management: Identify where we need people, evaluate candidates and participate in hiring decisions. Manage team members directly alongside the founders, including assigning work, reviewing progress and addressing performance or delivery issues.
• Client coordination: Participate meaningfully in meetings, understand briefs, present recommendations and ensure we follow through on commitments. Be comfortable asking questions and having difficult conversations when needed.




• Content writing and review: Write original LinkedIn posts, blogs and other material for specific clients. Review the team’s content and take responsibility for the quality of what reaches the client.
• Marketing and social media: Plan and run campaigns, oversee execution and use performance findings to decide what needs to change.
• Graphics and video review: Bring a sense of style and a research-backed view on how something should be presented. You don’t need to design or edit videos yourself, but your feedback should help the team improve the work. What we’re looking for
• A degree in marketing, backed by practical experience in marketing and social media.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with samples that show your thinking and ability to write for different clients.
• Experience managing people or taking responsibility for a team’s work.
• Sound judgement and initiative. You should be willing to take a call, recognise when you need help and stay involved until the issue is resolved.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to keep learning How we expect you to use AI We expect you to use AI to speed up repetitive and low-value tasks, while recognising which parts of the work need your own thought and attention. You must be able to research, develop an argument and write independently. If you use AI, you’re responsible for checking its output and making sure the final work is accurate and appropriate for the client. Your own thinking should be visible in what you deliver.
