In this role you will talk to customers, answer their questions, and help them choose the right products. This is a good first job for someone who enjoys talking to people. We will teach you our products and the sales process, so you only need a positive attitude and the willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound sales calls and follow up with potential customers
• Attend inbound customer calls and share product information
• Answer customer queries on WhatsApp and chat platforms
• Follow up with customers by phone and email
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Keep clear records of customer interactions, leads and follow-ups
• Work with internal teams on order processing and customer requirements
• Learn our products and explain their features and advantages simply
• Support day-to-day sales and customer service activities Requirements
