IT Coordinator – Web3 Projects (Dubai / India / Hybrid | Full-time) We are looking for a sharp, proactive IT Coordinator to support our Web3 development initiatives. Role Overview You will act as the key bridge between our development team, internal stakeholders and management. Your primary focus will be ensuring smooth execution, clear communication and timely coordination across our ecosystem and Web3 projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Closely monitor the progress of the development team working on our Web3 products and infrastructure
• Proactively coordinate between developers, product, operations and leadership to keep projects on track
• Serve as the central point of contact for all technical discussions, updates and escalations
• Track deliverables, timelines, blockers and dependencies and ensure management stays informed
• Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical teams
• Support documentation, status reporting, and meeting coordination related to tech initiatives
• Help identify and flag risks or delays early so they can be addressed promptly What We’re Looking For
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with a proactive mindset
• Ability to understand technical conversations (Web3 / blockchain knowledge is a strong plus)
• Excellent communication skills. Comfortable speaking with both developers and management
• Experience working with software development or tech teams (startup or product environment preferred)
• Reliable, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership
• Based in the UAE (Sharjah or Dubai preferred),



or in India with openness to relocate to the UAE in the future. Qualifications
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple Web3 initiatives, track progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Good understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 concepts and the broader crypto ecosystem (oracles, bridges, DeFi, RWAs, or similar areas is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with technical teams, community members, partners and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Discord, Google Workspace).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-moving Web3 setting.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation, reporting and process tracking.
• Experience supporting or coordinating technical or product-related projects is preferred.
• Academic background in Business, IT, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with community management, content coordination or basic research in the Web3 space is an advantage.
