The Process / Reliability / Maintenance Manager is responsible for optimizing production processes, improving equipment reliability, and overseeing maintenance operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective plant performance. The role focuses on minimizing equipment downtime, improving operational efficiency, implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and driving continuous improvement across production and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee process optimization, equipment reliability, and maintenance activities to achieve operational targets.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance, analyze failures, and implement root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, process stability, equipment availability, and product quality.
• Lead reliability improvement initiatives, maintenance planning, and asset performance management.
• Manage maintenance budgets, manpower, spare parts, tools, and equipment resources.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including equipment availability, downtime, maintenance costs, and production efficiency.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, quality, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Lead, train, and develop engineering, process,



and maintenance teams to improve technical capabilities and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Evaluate equipment upgrades, process improvements, and recent technologies to enhance operational performance.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance plans, performance reviews, and recommendations for management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve productivity, and extend equipment service life. Requirements
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in process engineering, equipment reliability, maintenance management, or plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Experience in process optimization, equipment performance monitoring, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, maintenance schedules, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with CMMS, reliability analysis tools, and performance monitoring systems.
• Knowledge of workplace safety, quality management, and operational risk control.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills with a results-oriented mindset. •
