We’re hiring a Program Manager at Flipspaces, Mumbai Some programs don’t have a playbook yet. This role is for someone who is happy to start from a blank page and build one. At Flipspaces, we’re reshaping commercial interiors with design, technology and in-house manufacturing. We recently raised a $50M Series C and are scaling across India, the US and the UAE. We need a sharp early-career Program Manager to help leadership turn current initiatives into things that actually get done. What you’ll do
• Lead new, undefined programs from scratch: shape the problem, set up the plan and drive it through to results
• Work directly with leadership, and be able to hold your own in the room
• Communicate with clarity, whether in a quick update or a detailed discussion
• Write notes, plans and trackers that people can pick up and use




• Follow up carefully, so every agenda gets closed and nothing slips Who we’re looking for
• 2-3 years of total experience
• From a premium institute (IIT / IIM)
• Hands-on experience using AI to automate work, for example workflows, reporting or tracking. Tell us what you’ve built.
• Structured in thinking, strong in writing, and persistent with follow-through
• Comfortable with ambiguity and with owning an outcome Immediate joiner only, based in Mumbai
