Role Description The Senior Admission Officer – Inside Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves engaging with prospective learners via calls, emails, and online meetings to understand their educational and career goals and guide them toward suitable programs. The Senior Admission Officer will manage the end-to-end admissions cycle, including lead qualification, counseling, follow-ups, and conversion, while maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools. The role includes collaborating with academic and marketing teams to align admissions messaging with program offerings and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the admission journey.



The Senior Admission Officer is expected to meet and exceed admissions and sales targets, contribute insights on learner needs, and support continuous improvement of admission processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills to build trust, engage diverse learners, and support cooperative teamwork.
• Candidates should possess Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening, to counsel prospective learners effectively.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive support, handle queries and concerns, and maintain a positive learner experience throughout the admissions process.
• Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience in academic programs, admissions processes, or higher education operations; exposure to International Admissions is an advantage.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in inside sales or admissions counseling, proficiency with CRM or admissions management tools, goal-oriented work habits, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; prior experience in education, EdTech, or student recruitment is highly desirable.
