Role Description The Presales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Thane. In this position, the individual will identify and qualify leads, engage prospective clients, and support the sales team in presenting suitable property solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting initial client interactions, understanding client requirements, preparing and coordinating responses to proposals, and maintaining accurate records of leads and opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine presales strategies,



providing timely customer support before closure of deals, and contributing to the overall growth of Scouters’ client base. Qualifications
• Strong Lead Generation and prospecting skills, with the ability to identify and qualify potential clients.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage clients, understand needs, and build long-term relationships.
• Sales acumen with experience in supporting sales cycles, handling objections, and contributing to conversions.
• Experience working with RFP processes, including preparing, coordinating, and reviewing proposal responses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfortable working in office in Thane, with robust collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of real estate markets and property-related terminology is an advantage.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software is beneficial.
