Role Description This is a remote role for a Social Media Manager at AV GOLF DESIGN. The Social Media Manager will support daily management of social media channels, including planning, creating, and publishing content aligned with the brand and project updates. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media content strategies, optimising posts for reach and engagement, and monitoring performance metrics to suggest improvements. The Manager will engage with followers and relevant communities, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and collaborate with the design team to showcase ongoing work and company achievements. The role also involves staying informed about social media trends in sports, architecture, and design to keep content relevant and impactful. Qualifications & Required Skills
• 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,



Canva, or equivalent software.
• Strong hands-on experience in video editing, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and video content production.
• Experience in website development, website management, and updating website content using WordPress or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of AI-powered tools for generating images, videos, animations, and creative marketing content.
• Ability to transform raw photos and videos into engaging, skilled, platform-ready social media content.
• Experience creating social media posts, carousels, banners, infographics, promotional creatives, and marketing collateral.
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword optimisation, social media analytics, and content performance tracking.
• Strong copywriting skills for creating engaging captions, headlines, descriptions, and relevant hashtags.
• Ability to independently manage the complete content creation process, from accessing raw project assets to editing, designing, scheduling, and publishing content.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A portfolio showcasing previous graphic designs, video edits, reels, website projects, and social media campaigns is preferred.
