Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counselor role based in the Pune Division. The Admission Counselor will interact with prospective learners, explain course offerings, and guide them through the admission process from initial inquiry to enrollment. Daily responsibilities include handling walk-ins and calls, conducting counseling sessions, understanding learner goals, and recommending suitable programs. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in admission systems, coordinating with training and placement teams, and supporting outreach activities such as events and information sessions. The counselor will work towards admission targets while providing a positive,



informative experience to all prospective learners. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with diverse learners and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond promptly to inquiries, address concerns, and maintain a skilled, learner-focused approach.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage leads, conduct persuasive counseling, and support enrollment targets ethically and transparently.
• Candidates should possess Education-related understanding to explain IT training pathways, program structures, and career outcomes clearly.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably with exposure to education or counseling, are beneficial.
• Ability to work with basic office and CRM tools, manage documentation accurately, and collaborate with academic and placement teams is preferred.
• Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or education services is an advantage but not mandatory; a learner-centric mindset and willingness to upskill are highly valued.
