Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead software development teams, drive end-to-end delivery, provide technical leadership, and manage customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end software development and delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Lead customer discussions and negotiations on requirements, scope, timelines, and delivery commitments.
• Provide technical guidance on software architecture, design patterns, and development frameworks.
• Oversee web application development using modern web technologies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams while driving performance and collaboration.
• Establish development processes, engineering best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 10–20 years of experience in software engineering and delivery.
• Strong experience in web technologies, web application development, and up-to-date development frameworks.
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
• Proven experience in team management, technical leadership, and customer negotiations.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software delivery management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
