We’re looking for an Event Sales Executive with a passion for hospitality and a strong sales mindset—someone who can build client relationships, host memorable site visits, and turn enquiries into confirmed bookings. • Welcome and host prospective clients visiting Tavaro.
• Showcase our event spaces, lawns, facilities, and accommodation.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable venue options.
• Provide a warm, professional, and premium guest experience. Event Sales & Client Relationships
• Manage enquiries received through calls, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Understand each client’s event requirements, preferred dates, guest count, and budget.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and event packages.
• Follow up with prospective clients and work to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Build relationships with wedding planners, event managers, and corporate clients. Lead Management & Coordination
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, site visits, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate booking documents, advance payments,



and client requirements.
• Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed bookings to the operations team.
• Work towards sales targets and improve enquiry-to-booking conversion. What We’re Looking For
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and solid hospitality etiquette.
• Sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive approach and consistent follow-up habits.
• Attention to detail, accountability, and a results-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with basic digital tools and sales documentation.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, lead tracking, or sales pipeline management is an advantage. Experience in resort sales, wedding sales, event venues, or hospitality is preferred.
