Key Responsibilities
• Drive A2P SMS Wholesale business across global and domestic markets with focus on clients.
• Develop and manage relationships with telecom operators, aggregators, and enterprise customers.
• Negotiate interconnect and wholesale agreements to ensure competitive routing and margins.
• Identify new business opportunities, design go-to-market strategies and expand international connectivity.
• Monitor traffic, routes, and quality of service to ensure high delivery rates and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with product, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to maintain business edge.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets as per business plans. Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong background in A2P SMS Wholesale, Enterprise Messaging, or International Voice/SMS business.
• Solid understanding of SMS routing, firewall, interconnects, SMPP protocols, and messaging platforms.
• Proven track record of managing global accounts and delivering business growth.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to monitor traffic performance and optimize routes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Robust negotiation and closing skills with the ability to build and nurture long-term business relationships.
