Role Description The Senior Consultant, Risk & Compliance is a full-time remote role responsible for leading risk assessments, developing compliance frameworks, and advising healthcare clients on regulatory requirements and best practices. This role includes designing and implementing risk mitigation plans, monitoring adherence to healthcare regulations, and conducting internal audits to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. The Senior Consultant will prepare transparent reports and recommendations for leadership teams, support policy development, and provide training and guidance to client stakeholders on compliance procedures and ethical practices.



The position also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging data to inform decision-making, and staying current with changes in healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and industry guidelines. Qualifications
• Strong healthcare risk management and compliance expertise, including experience with regulatory frameworks, accreditation standards, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in policy development, process improvement, and implementation of risk mitigation strategies within hospital or healthcare operations.
• Ability to analyze data, conduct audits, prepare detailed reports, and translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills to influence decisions and facilitate training across diverse teams.
• Proven experience in healthcare consulting, hospital administration, or a related risk and compliance role, preferably in multi-site or multi-specialty environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Public Health, Business, Law, or a related discipline; relevant certifications (e.g., in compliance, risk management, or quality) are an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and handle multiple client engagements.
• Demonstrated commitment to integrity, ethical practice, and continuous improvement in healthcare quality and patient safety.
