Job Description
The Scrum Master will support the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team in agile delivery of employee-facing AI, productivity, and workplace technology solutions. The role will:
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives;
• Identify and remove impediments
• Manage and coordinate cross-team dependencies
• Help the team maintain focus on prioritized outcomes
• Support continuous improvement The Scrum Master will partner closely with product, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure work is well-defined, transparent, and progressing toward measurable employee and business value.
