Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for managing relationships with key customers, understanding their requirements, and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating orders, tracking deliveries, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate customer records. The Account Manager will collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.



The role also involves identifying opportunities for account growth, supporting contract renewals, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in customer service and processes. Qualifications
• Strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities, including operations, logistics, and sales support.
• Proficiency in basic business software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools).
• Solid communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and capability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in account management, sales support, or customer service, ideally in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
• Willingness to work on-site in Pune Division and collaborate closely with internal teams and external customers.
