About the Role
Katyayani Organics is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Chemists to support laboratory operations, product development, quality testing, and formulation activities in the fertilizers and plant nutrition segment. Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct laboratory testing and chemical analysis of fertilizers and plant nutrition products.
• Assist in the formulation and development of NPK fertilizers, micronutrients, biostimulants, and other agricultural products.
• Perform quality control (QC) checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and documentation.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support R&D;, production, and quality assurance teams in product improvement.
• Ensure accuracy in testing, sampling, and reporting. Required Skills
• Robust knowledge of basic chemistry and laboratory techniques.
• Understanding of chemical analysis and quality testing.
• Knowledge of laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
