Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a creative, advertising, or digital agency The Role You will be the single point of contact for our clients. You will own relationships, briefs, timelines, delivery, and account health across all four verticals. You will also help shape how the agency works as it scales: processes, systems, and client growth.

What You'll Do
Client Relationships
- Own day-to-day client communication across all accounts
- Understand each client's business, goals, and brand deeply
- Lead client calls, reviews, and presentations with confidence
- Manage expectations, escalations, and difficult conversations professionally Briefs & Delivery
- Turn client inputs into explicit, well-researched internal briefs
- Assign and track tasks, timelines, and deliverables in ClickUp
- Coordinate across Films, Motion, Studio, and Grow teams
- Manage feedback, revisions, and approvals with complete documentation
- Flag risks and delays early, and solve them before they reach the client Commercials & Growth
- Prepare estimates, track scope,



and flag out-of-scope work
- Ensure timely invoicing and follow up on payments
- Keep an eye on account profitability
- Grow existing accounts by spotting new opportunities
- Support pitches, proposals, and new client onboarding Building the Agency
- Build and improve account processes, templates, and SOPs
- Share monthly account reports and client health updates with leadership
- Guide and mentor interns or junior account team members as the team grows AI & Research: Non-Negotiable
- Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for briefs, research, reporting, and communication
- Deep research on client businesses, categories, and competitors before every brief. If you go deep and turn research into sharper work, we are a good match. What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of agency-side account management or client servicing
- Working understanding of how design, motion, film, and digital work gets made
- Strong written and spoken English
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines at once
- Basic commercial sense: estimates, scope, billing
- Working knowledge of ClickUp or similar tools
- Quick learner who believes in constant upskilling
- Ownership mindset: you follow up and close loops
- Builder mindset: you want to grow with the agency and help shape it
