About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing online marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, and supporting overall e-commerce growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and other marketplaces.
• Optimize product listings, keywords, titles, and descriptions for better visibility and conversions.
• Monitor pricing, inventory, product performance, and marketplace health metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams for the smooth execution of marketplace activities.
• Analyze sales reports, customer trends, and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Track competitor activities and suggest improvement strategies.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and performance updates.
• Ensure timely resolution of operational and listing-related issues.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager. Requirements
• Qualification:



MBA / BBA / BCA / Graduation.

Experience:
3–5 years of relevant experience in E-commerce or Marketplace Management.
• Only relevant candidates are requested to apply.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and online retail operations.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms.
• Robust analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience in product listing optimization and Marketplace SEO.
• Knowledge of inventory management and pricing strategies.
• Understanding of marketplace advertising and promotions.
• Ability to analyze sales and performance metrics.
