We are looking for an experienced skilled to manage depository compliance relating to NSDL, CDSL and SEBI. The role will oversee regulatory filings, implementation of circulars, DP audits and inspections, along with handling regulatory and internal stakeholder queries. The individual will work closely with Operations, Legal and Business teams to ensure smooth compliance processes. Knowledge of account opening, transfers, transmission and NRI-related processes is important. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of depository regulations and operations, along with excellent attention to detail. Candidates should have 8–10 years of relevant experience in depository compliance or operations.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for handling NSDL & CDSL compliances.
• Implementation of NSDL & CDSL circulars.
• Handling of DP internal audit.
• Handling of NSDL & CDSL inspection.
• Handling of depository filings.
• Handling of queries from external stakeholders like SEBI, NSDL & CDSL.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operation, legal, business teams etc.
• Handling queries from internal stakeholders relating to account opening, transfer, transmission, NRI etc.
• Familiarity with depository & account opening operations would be an advantage Qualification : Professionally qualified /Post Graduate
