Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales, located in Bengaluru. The Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, managing sales operations, and developing and implementing sales strategies. Daily tasks include account management, driving sales growth, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives.



The Head of Sales will also be responsible for tracking sales performance and providing leadership and training to the sales team. Qualifications
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 4 year in a team leadership role.
• Managed farmland experience required
• Solid knowledge of CRM tools .
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working on weekends and traveling to project sites.
• High sense of responsibility, target orientation, and team management.
• Confident and convincing communication skills, especially when interacting with HNI clients.
• Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent follow-up discipline and strong closing abilities. Preferred

Qualifications:
• Experience in real estate or lifestyle project sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
