Role Description The Furniture Sales – Entry Level role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves welcoming customers to the showroom, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through product options, including customized furniture solutions. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and materials, supporting price discussions, preparing basic quotations, and coordinating with the design and production teams to ensure accurate order details.



The individual will handle inquiries in person and over phone or messaging, maintain product displays, assist with inventory checks, and contribute to achieving sales targets while providing a professional, customer-focused experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Retail Sales and Sales skills to support showroom operations and contribute to revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess basic Furniture knowledge, including materials, finishes, and design concepts, or be willing to learn quickly.
• Candidates should ideally have prior experience or internships in retail, interior design, or a related customer-facing workplace.
• Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru on a full-time schedule.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a diploma or degree in business, design, or a related field is an advantage.
