Mumbai (Nariman Point, Kala Ghoda) We are looking for a confident, personable, and ambitious Sales Associate to join the team at Renu Oberoi, a High & Fine jewellery brand. We would love to connect with someone who has a passion for luxury, a strong drive for sales, and a natural ability to build lasting relationships with discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury retail experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clientele.
• Drive sales, achieve targets, and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage client appointments, enquiries, and follow-ups.
• Represent Renu Oberoi at private showcases and sales events across India and internationally. What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in luxury retail sales. Experience in fine jewellery or high jewellery is an added advantage.
• A confident, outgoing, and engaging personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong sales instincts, ambition, and a results-driven approach.
• A polished, qualified presence with an understanding of luxury clientele.
• Willingness to travel across India and internationally.




• Sales and negotiation skills, including comfort with luxury retail environments and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi and other regional languages is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing inventory, documentation, and smooth billing processes.
• Interest in fine jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods, with the ability to learn product details, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, including weekends and peak seasons, with a professional, polished presentation.
• Prior experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or high-end customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, design, or related fields is a plus. Join Renu Oberoi
