• Independently manage multiple software implementation, Salesforce, and custom application development projects.
• Own project execution from requirement handover through development, testing, UAT, deployment, and go-live.
• Translate high-level business requirements into actionable project plans, tasks, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with Technical Leads.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with expected quality.

• Own and maintain Jira or equivalent project boards, epics, user stories, sprint plans, and task assignments.

• Track development progress, follow up on commitments, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• 5–9 years of experience in IT services, software development, or enterprise application implementation, including substantial project management experience.
• Proven experience independently managing end-to-end software implementation or development projects.
• Experience managing Salesforce projects or similar CRM/ERP/enterprise applications is strongly preferred.
• Solid practical experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint management,



and delivery tracking.
• Ability to understand business requirements and coordinate effectively with technical teams.
• Strong ownership of project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working directly with international clients, preferably from the USA, Australia, or UK.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Previous experience in an IT consulting or software services organization.
• Exposure to Salesforce implementation, custom software development, or systems integration.
• Experience managing both customer delivery projects and internal product development.
