Salary:
₹22,000 – ₹27,000 per month + PF & ESI

Working Hours
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Working Days: 6 Days a Week (One Rotational Weekday Off) About Learners Track Learners Track is looking for a target-driven and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have solid sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, emails, referrals, and online channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.




- Track market trends and provide regular updates on sales performance. Required Skills &

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or inside sales.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Basic proficiency in spreadsheets, email, and sales reporting tools.
