Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving student enrollments and brand visibility for Designversity’s programs. This position involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline promotional activities, and building relationships with schools, colleges, and industry partners. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee lead generation, follow up with prospective learners and parents, conduct counseling sessions, and track conversion metrics. The role includes coordinating events such as workshops, seminars, and campus promotions,



while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. The individual will collaborate with academic and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with program offerings and organizational goals. Qualifications
• Robust sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, prospect nurturing, and enrollment conversion.
• Experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning within education or related sectors.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and channels, such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging students, parents, and institutional partners.
• Ability to analyze market trends, prepare reports, and use data to refine sales and marketing activities.
• Proven experience in event planning, outreach activities, and on-ground promotional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• Prior experience in education, training, or design-related institutions is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Comfort with working on-site in Ahmedabad and meeting performance targets within defined timelines.
