Join Verdantas – A Top #ENR 73 Firm, We at Verdantas, seeking for a contract-based Integration Specialist – Unified Endpoint Management to support M&A; endpoint migrations and onboarding using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, ensuring secure, compliant, and reliable endpoint services.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute endpoint onboarding and migration activities according to established procedures.
• Assist with device enrollment into Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Support migration of Windows devices from legacy environments into enterprise management platforms.
• Install, configure, and validate approved endpoint management and support tools.
• Assist with deployment of migration agents and endpoint configuration packages.
• Perform Microsoft Defender for Endpoint onboarding and validation activities.
• Execute endpoint readiness assessments and remediation tasks.
• Support application deployment testing and post-migration validation.
• Assist users with endpoint-related issues during migration events.
• Troubleshoot endpoint enrollment, compliance,
and basic application deployment issues.
• Execute printer onboarding, deployment, and basic print service troubleshooting for newly integrated offices or user populations.
• Escalate advanced technical issues to Endpoint Integrations Leads and senior engineers.
• Maintain migration records, asset documentation, and operational tracking logs.
• Participate in post-migration device validation and support activities.
• Follow change management, security, and documentation standards. Technical Proficiency: Intune fundamentals, app deployment basics, endpoint troubleshooting. Understanding of Windows device join states (AD joined, Entra ID joined, hybrid joined) Education &
Experience:
• Associate or bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• 6-7 years of experience in Unified Endpoint Management
• Experience supporting endpoint migrations or onboarding across multiple identity or management states preferred Location and Work Set-up
