Role Description The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for developing and implementing CSR strategies aligned with Samivra’s mission of supporting social impact and sustainable growth. This role includes designing CSR programs, identifying partner NGOs and community initiatives, and managing end-to-end project execution. The CSR Manager will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, oversee employee engagement activities, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with relevant CSR regulations and reporting requirements.



Day-to-day tasks involve data analysis, impact measurement, preparation of CSR reports and presentations, and continuous improvement of CSR policies and frameworks to maximize community benefit and brand reputation. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Corporate Social Responsibility knowledge, including CSR strategy, policy, and regulatory understanding.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, impact assessment, and reporting.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for stakeholder management, community outreach, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess effective Project Management skills for planning, executing, and monitoring CSR initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Employee Engagement skills to design and manage volunteering programs and internal awareness campaigns.
• Relevant experience in CSR, social impact, NGO collaboration, or sustainability programs is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Management, Public Policy, Sustainability, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, solid ethical orientation, and familiarity with Indian CSR regulations will be an advantage.
