5–10 Years Reporting To: Business Head Role OverviewResponsible for leasing high-street retail spaces and malls by acquiring retail brands, managing landlord relationships, negotiating deals, and driving closures.
Key Responsibilities
• Build relationships with national & international retail brands.
• Identify retailer expansion requirements and suitable properties.
• Generate leasing mandates and maintain a strong deal pipeline.
• Conduct site visits and present suitable retail options.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close leasing transactions.
• Coordinate LOI, documentation, legal process, and handover.
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers and landlords.
• Track market trends, rentals, vacancies, and upcoming developments.

• Valuable knowledge of Pune retail markets and catchment areas.
• Graduate; MBA/Real Estate qualification preferred.
