US Business Tax Reviewer (1065/1120/1120-S)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced US Business Tax Reviewer with hands-on expertise in reviewing and filing business tax returns for US clients. The ideal candidate should have completed 3-4 tax seasons in a similar role and possess robust technical knowledge of US business taxation. Candidates with prior experience working with a US CPA Firm will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and file US business tax returns including:
• Form 1065 (Partnership Returns)
• Form 1120 (Corporation Returns)
• Form 1120-S (S Corporation Returns)
• Perform detailed review of tax workpapers and supporting documentation before filing.
• Prepare and draft responses to IRS and State Tax Notices.
• Coordinate with tax authorities, including IRS and various State Departments, whenever required.
• Research and resolve tax-related queries and compliance issues.
• Prepare and file annual 1099 Forms for accounting and tax clients.
• Ensure timely completion of tax engagements while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client deadlines during peak tax seasons.




• Maintain updated knowledge of US federal and state tax regulations. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant US Business Tax experience.
• Minimum 3-4 tax seasons experience reviewing business tax returns.
• Strong understanding of US business taxation and compliance requirements.
• Experience reviewing Form 1065, Form 1120, and Form 1120-S returns.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with a US CPA Firm.
• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, CA, or candidates pursuing qualified certifications will be an advantage.
• Exposure to multi-state filings and tax notice resolution. Technical Skills US Tax Software Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
