What you'll do
• Give customers personalised consultations and help them find the right skincare, fragrance, bath and body, or gifting products.
• Drive store sales and hit targets through thoughtful recommendations, cross-selling and upselling.
• Learn the range well, including ingredients, fragrances and usage, so your advice is credible.
• Keep daily operations running: stock, replenishment, billing accuracy and company policies.
• Maintain premium displays, hygiene and brand standards in the store.




• Managers will lead and coach the team, track performance and manage rosters.
• Build lasting customer relationships through product education and good after-sales service. What we're looking for
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Genuine interest in beauty, skincare, fragrance or luxury retail
• Sales mindset and comfort working to targets
• Professional grooming and a positive approach
• Retail or store management experience (depending on the role); premium beauty or fragrance retail is a plus Work details
