Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Social Media Manager will plan and execute social media strategies across platforms, manage posting calendars, and ensure consistent brand messaging. Daily responsibilities include creating and curating content, coordinating with design and marketing teams, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for reach and engagement. The role involves community management,



responding to comments and messages, and identifying trends and opportunities to enhance brand visibility. The Social Media Manager will also collaborate on broader digital marketing initiatives to support client growth and campaign effectiveness. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy skills to develop calendars, align content with marketing goals, and support integrated digital campaigns.
• Experience with analytics tools, social media management platforms, and basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is beneficial.
• Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, along with prior experience in social media management or digital marketing, is highly preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in office, manage multiple projects, and adapt quickly to changing trends and client needs is essential.
